We were referred to Stacey Lind thru an attrorney, Larry Bray, that was assisting us with our townhome in West Palm Beach, FL that was going into a foreclosure situation.

 

With the suggestion of Larry Bray, we contacted Stacey Lind. We have already moved out of the townhouse in West Palm Beach. FL to our new home in the area of Dallas, Texas due to job transfers.

 

We had previosly had our townhome listed with an agent, but unfortunately, he was not able to provide a buyer.

 

Due to the Lindhaven Properties team and headed by Stacey Lind, our agent, we were able to go under contract in a very short time, thus eliminating our foreclosure situation. Unfortunately, due to no fault of Stacey nor the Buyers agent, the Buyer decided not to proceed with the sale and backed out of the contract. 

 

After endless hours of telephone calls, e-mails, and faxes between, Stacey, the attorney, and the other agent, we were able to secure a second buyer.

 

Again, Stacey had to go through the whole process again.  This time, the Buyer was willing to work with us and the issues we then had of doing a "Short Sale". 

 

We could never have sold the townhouse had it not been for the team work between both Stacey and our attorney, Larry Bray.

 

Stacey and Larry coordinated everything. Stacey's usual saying to me was, "You can have a good nights sleep, so I do not. I have sleepless nights worrying about my clients and the deals staying together."

 

Boy when Stacey says this, she is not kidding. I called Stacey on a Saturday afternoon ina panic that I had just received a notice from the bank. I asked her to get a hold of Larry and have him call me.  How many attorney's will call a client on a Saturday?  Well, let mw tell you, Stacey was a woman of her word, and had Larry call me back shortly to calm me down.

 

We have worked with other agents both selling and buying, BUT none can compare to Stacey and her team.  She is available whenever you need a calm voice or just need an update. She always answers her phone, or if not calls right back.  She is a true professional who really cares.  Stacey and her team definitely go the extra mile.

 

When Larry said, he works with Stacey and if anyone can sell your house, Stacey can, he was not lieing.

 

We are happy to say that between Larry and Stacey's hard work, dedication, and negotiation skills, we sold our townhouse in West Palm Beach and DID NOT go into foreclosure NOR do we have a blemish on our credit.
